This low mileage used 2001 Fire truck is being sold by the department to make room for their new pumper. Listed is a 2001 Smeal fully air-conditioned commercial pumper with seating for 5 and a hydraulic ladder rack. The truck is powered by a 300 HP Cummins engine with an Allison 5 speed automatic transmission. There is a 1000 gallon tank supplying the Waterous 1250 single stage pump. This used 4 door 5 man cab used fire truck was left in the Fire Hall with no heat . The pump suffered freeze damage to some drain lines. We have replaced or repaired all damage. The truck will come with a current pump test and warranty. With only 8K miles this used fire truck is far from used. The truck is powered by a 225 HP Ford Straight 6 diesel engine. The pump in this truck is supplied from a 1000 gallon tank. There are three sections of hard suction and a full complement of ladders. The overall length on this unit is 30 Ft. The Hannah Salem Friendship Fire Department in Florence South Carolina has taken delivery of this used 1992 Pierce Lance pumper. Deputy Chief Monty Tedder asked if we could make some modifications, which we did by adding a jump line in the bumper, direct tank fill and a quick dump in the rear prior to delivery. All of us at Palmetto Fire wish the best to our new friends at the Hannah Salem Friendship FD. This custom built 1992 fully air-conditioned 4 door Pierce Lance pumper has highside compartments on both sides. The hydraulic ladder rack carries 1- 24' extension, 1-14' roof and a 10' attic. The truck is powered by a 350 HP Detroit 6V92 and HT Allison automatic transmission. A Waterous two stage 1500 GPM pump is supplied from the 1000 gallon tank. Two quartz lights are supplied power from the 3500 watt Honda gas gen-set located in the right rear compartment. Three hose bins located above the pump area provide for large storage of attack hose. The hose bed on this unit is capable of storing 1000' of 5" and 850' of 2 ½ supply line. This unit has all the storage room you would need. Federal Q siren and maintenance records are included. This used fire truck is ready for delivery today. Current pump certificate will be provided at time of delivery.

We want to thank Mike and his crew for putting their trust in Palmetto Fire. This 1997 Spartan/Quality 4 door all aluminum climate controlled cab has seating for 4. The unit is powered by a 325 HP Cummins CT 8.3 diesel with a 5 speed automatic Allison MD 3060. The Hale 1250 pump is supplied from a 750 gallon fiberglass tank. In addition there is a 30 gallon foam tank that supplies a Foam Pro CAFS system. The system is plumbed to both crosslays and the front bumper line. The unit also has a 6 from suction, 2 knight fighter lights, federal Q2B siren, and a pre-piped deck gun. This used fire truck has a 156 wheel base and two pullout trays in the rear compartments.

This 1995 KME top mount pumper has all the bells and whistles. The all aluminum cab is fully enclosed, front and rear A/C and seating for 5. The unit is powered by a Cummins 6CTA 300 horsepower diesel. The transmission is an Allison MD 30-60 automatic 5 speed. The 750 gallon poly tank has a direct tank fill and is supplies from a Hale QSMG 1250 pump. In addition to the 750 gallons of water there are two 25 gallon class A&B foam tanks. In addition this unit has a 5.5KW diesel gen-set with remote start supplies 2 quarts and several receptacles. Ground ladders on this used fire truck include a 24ft. extension, 14ft roof and a 10ft. attic. Also this used fire truck comes with 1 electronic siren, 1 Federal 2QB siren, auto eject for air and electrical shore lines, electric mirrors, 3in. discharge, direct tank fill, and more. The unit is being repaired and painted because while in the station the station the wall fell on the right side. No mechanical or driveline damage occurred. You will see from the photos the damage to the top of the hose bed. This is a great used fire truck.

Lake View Volunteer Fire Department just took delivery of this 1989 KME top mount. The unit has a canopy cab with seating for 6. It is powered by a Cummins L-10 300 HP diesel engine and an Allison auto transmission. The unit has a Hale 1250 pumps and 750 gallon fiberglass tanks with an aluminum hose bed cover. There are a total of 6, 2 ½ discharges, 2 right, 2 left, and 2 rear. Two speedlays are located below the pump panel. Federal Q2B, Ground ladders, 2 rear discharges, Arrow stick on rear, 2 Knight Fighter lights, and Deck gun all came with the unit. We hope this used fire truck meets all their needs. This Rescue was designed and built by FES of Sumter South Carolina on a Kenworth T-300 chassis.
